Velosolutions Scandinavia is based in Åre, Sweden, but our work is all over Scandinavia – Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Over time, there is also the option to scale up operations in other action sports segments.
We are looking for a motivated professional with experience in sales processes. You should be comfortable working strategically, communicating with various clients, leading presentations and meetings, and actively representing Velosolutions products. This position includes traveling around Norway, working with teams and independently, and being ready to deliver top-notch results.
Your responsibilities:
- Represent Velosolutions brand and its products in Norway:
- High-quality asphalt pump tracks;
- Trails;
- Freestyle parks;
- Various types of skills parks.
- Take pro-active actions to strengthen the company’s position in the market.
- Work closely with HQ teams to resolve any operational or strategic challenges.
- Look for new clients and partners to work with.
- Establish long-term business relationships with government bodies, NGOs, private companies, architects, and other people interested in the biking scene.
- Keep track of general tendencies in action sports fields, the construction market, and legal and funding options.
- Make suggestions to HQ on how to improve the company’s position based on your observations.
- Demonstrate a business-driven attitude and accountability.
- Significant experience in sales processes;
- Enthusiastic, positive, dependable, resourceful, and hard-working personality;
- Great negotiation and communication skills, high motivation, and a result-driven attitude;
- Comfortable using the CRM system;
- Driver’s license;
- Knowledge of the national bike scene, work experience with cities, bike clubs, and bike parks;
- Knowledge of how to attract funding is a big plus.
